Veteran Affairs Health Services - gateway link to Veteran Affairs Health system information - to try to find a formulary click on l"Locate Facility" which will show a state map. Choose the state of interest which will take you to a page possibly offering internet access to their site. Look under the VISN link under Veteran Health Administration heading. Only some VISN areas have online formularies. |
